Fenwick Represents CareSignal in Acquisition by Lightbeam Health Solutions

Fenwick represented CareSignal, developer of deviceless remote patient monitoring technology, in its acquisition by Lightbeam Health Solutions, Inc., a leading end-to-end population health management solution.

The deal enables Lightbeam to integrate scalable, evidence-based remote engagement and monitoring capabilities into its core population health offering. More information can be obtained from Lightbeam’s announcement.
