Fenwick Represents CaptivateIQ in $13 Million Series A Financing
Fenwick represented CaptivateIQ, a new sales commissions platform, in its $13 million Series A financing led by Sequoia Capital with participation from Amity Ventures, S28 Capital and Y Combinator.
CaptivateIQ will use the financing to scale its go-to-market plans and build out its product. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
