Fenwick Represents CaptivateIQ in $100 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented CaptivateIQ, a sales commissions platform, in its $100 million Series C financing. The round was led by ICONIQ Growth, Accel and Sequoia, with Sapphire also joining as a new investor.

CaptivateIQ plans to use this investment to continue the development of its core product features, and to fuel hiring across all teams. More information can be obtained from CaptivateIQ’s announcement.
