Fenwick represented Canaan Partners, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage companies, in its investment in Aim Security’s $18 million Series A funding. The round, which brought the total amount to $28 million, was led by Canaan Partners, with participation from YL Ventures.
Aim Security, a company enabling the secure adoption and use of AI across enterprise organizations, will use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts. More information can be obtained from Aim Security's announcement.
