Fenwick Represents Calm in $88 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Calm.com, Inc., developer of a meditation, sleep and relaxation app, in its $88 million Series B financing. TPG Growth led the round, with participation from Creative Artists Agency and existing investors Insight Venture Partners and Sound Ventures.

With the new round of funding, Calm plans to expand its services into more languages internationally, grow its team and create more content such as Sleep Stories, meditations, music and Calm Masterclasses.
