Fenwick represented Cafe Studios, a podcast-first media company that publishes the leading podcast, “Stay Tuned with Preet,” from Cafe co-founder Preet Bharara, in its acquisition by Vox Media. More information can be obtained from Cafe Studio’s announcement and Vox Media’s announcement.
