Fenwick & West represented Bugcrowd Inc., a leader in crowdsourced security, in its $26 million Series C financing. Triangle Peak Partners led the round with participation from existing investors Blackbird Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, Industry Ventures, Paladin Capital Group, Rally Ventures, Salesforce Ventures and Stanford, as well as new investors Hostplus and First State Super.
Bugcrowd will use the additional funding to scale its product innovation and program management, while focusing on facilitating relationships between its customers and researchers. More information about Bugcrowd’s $26 million Series C financing can be obtained from the company announcement.
