Fenwick Represents Bonfire Studios in Series B Funding and Hybe Publishing Agreement

Fenwick represented Bonfire Studios, an independent video game developer, in its Series B funding led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) with participation from Founders Fund and Altos Ventures. Fenwick also represented Bonfire Studios in their publishing agreement with Hybe IM, a music-based entertainment lifestyle platform company.

The funds will support the development and release of Bonfire Studios’ first game, Arkheron. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The funding round was led by Fenwick corporate partners Mark Stevens and Kat Duncan and included associates Jessica He, Sam Millang, and Max Krinsky. The publishing deal was led by technology transactions partner Andrew Klungness and associates Julia Arruda and Brandon Cheung.
