Fenwick Represents BlackCloak in $11 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented BlackCloak, the cybersecurity industry's first Digital Executive Protection platform for Executives and High-Profile Individuals, in its $11 million Series A financing. The round was led by TDF Ventures and included participation from both TechOperators and DataTribe.
