Fenwick & West represented Big Switch Networks, Inc., a leader in bringing hyperscale-inspired networking to data centers worldwide, in its $30.7 million financing. The funding included participation from Dell Technologies Capital, Silverlake Waterman, Index Ventures, Morgenthaler Ventures, MSD Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Intel Capital and a strategic investment from a Tier-1 service provider, among others. Big Switch’s total funding raised to date has now exceeded $120 million.
Big Switch will use the new funds to support further sales and product expansion as organizations around the world continue shift to next-generation networking solutions to modernize data centers.
