Fenwick Represents Archer Aviation in its $430 Million Equity Investment as part of its Strategic Partnership with Anduril

Fenwick represented Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE: ACHR), a leading designer and developer of electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and technologies for the future of aviation, in a $430 million equity investment from existing institutional and strategic investors, including Stellantis (NYSE: STLA) and United Airlines (Nasdaq: UAL), as well as new institutional investors, including Wellington Management and Abu Dhabi investment holding company 2PointZero, a subsidiary of UAE’S largest listed entity, IHC.

The investment will further Archer’s newly announced strategic partnership with Anduril Industries Inc., a defense technology company with the mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology, to accelerate speed to market for critical hybrid VTOL capabilities.
