Fenwick represented Apeel Sciences, a company developing plant-derived solutions to help organic and conventional fresh food providers increase produce quality and reduce food waste, in its $250 million capital raise led by GIC.
This new capital puts Apeel in a position to build resiliency in our food supply system and create a global coalition of producers and suppliers to bring longer-lasting produce to food retailers and foodservice. More information about the financing is available from Apeel’s announcement.
