Fenwick Represents Alteryx in its Acquisition of ClearStory Data

Fenwick & West represented Alteryx, Inc. (NYSE: AYX), revolutionizing business through data science and analytics, in its acquisition of ClearStory Data Inc., an enterprise-scale, continuous intelligence analytics solution for complex and unstructured data. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
