Fenwick Represents Alchemy in $250 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Alchemy, a leading developer platform for blockchain and Web3, in its $250 million Series C financing. The investment was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) with participation from Lightspeed and Redpoint, and previous investors Coatue, Addition, DFJ and Pantera.

Alchemy will use the capital to invest in growth of the ecosystem to further its mission of making blockchain development accessible globally. More information can be obtained from Alchemy’s announcement.
