Fenwick & West represented Adesto Technologies, a leading developer of next-generation non-volatile memory, in its acquisition of Atmel Corporation’s Serial Flash product families. The acquisition also includes intellectual property licensing to cover support of the products and future product development. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
