Fenwick Represents 3M Ventures in Investment in EVOLOH

Fenwick represented 3M Ventures, the venture capital arm of 3M, in its participation in EVOLOH’s $20 million Series A financing.

EVOLOH, a cleantech company that manufactures electrolyzer stacks for hydrogen production will use the funds to scale up its manufacturing abilities. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The transaction was led by corporate partners Ian Goldstein and Ryan McRobert and included associate Jennifer Wu.
