Following the success of the first CVC Legal Roundtable at GCVI’s September 2020 Digital Forum, Fenwick partners Ian Goldstein and Einat Meisel kicked off another CVC Legal Roundtable at GCVI’s January 2021 Digital Form with a confidential session for senior in-house lawyers who oversee and/or help lead CVC units and activities. This session was focused on board and observer fiduciary duties and conflicts.
