Hosted By: UC Law San Francisco

Complexities, Discontinuities, and Unintended Consequences of U.S. International Tax Rules: Options for Change is a one day conference designed to inspire a discussion of how core U.S. international tax rules might be reformed in 2025 and beyond, as a result of The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).

Fenwick's Julia Ushakova-Stein will be joining other international tax practitioners to discuss recommendations for improving the Foreign Tax Credit system including recommended approaches to limitations, basketing, expense allocation, among others.
