Experienced attorneys will explain key points about CFIUS and export control reforms and their impact on Chinese investment in the U.S. They will also discuss issues on export control compliance faced by startups in Silicon Valley, as well as what to anticipate in financing from foreign investors, performing collaborative R&D activities, and manufacturing or selling products to China.
This is the second workshop presented by Stanford Chinese Entrepreneur Organization (CEO) in the academic year 2018-2019 in collaboration with Fenwick & West LLP, a top technology law firm based in Silicon Valley.
