This virtual committee meeting will discuss the latest updates on AI in Government Contracts. Panelists will discuss the recent AI executive order and OMB memo including data governance considerations in agency procurements of AI solutions.
Alberto Tohme will serve as moderator and panelist and will be joined by Yvonne Pham, Associate General Counsel of Product at Everlaw, and Web Beary, legal counsel at Palantir Technologies.
The meeting is jointly sponsored by the ABA Public Contract Law Section's Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Emerging Technologies Committee, Intellectual Property Committee, and the ABA's Cybersecurity Legal Task Force.
