27th Annual Stanford Directors' College

Stanford Law School is holding their 27^th Annual Directors’ College from June 19 – 21, where Fenwick Corporate Partner, Gordon Davidson, will serve as a panelist on Successful Board Meetings: Tricks of the Trade on Mon, 6/20 at 11:15 am and Fenwick Co-Chair of Corporate Governance, David Bell, will moderate the panel CEO Succession Planning and Execution on Tues, 6/21 at 11:10 am.

Directors’ College is a premier executive education program intended for board directors and senior executives of publicly traded companies or large/prominent private companies. The two day event offers audience members the chance to engage with leading CEOs, directors, regulators, scholars, jurists, etc., on a broad range of issues that many modern boards face, including:

• Crisis anticipation and management
• Shareholder engagement
• Compensation strategy
• Board evaluation and refreshment
• Emerging challenges (including artificial intelligence and the politicization of the corporation)
