Fenwick & West represented Supercell Oy, the Finland-based developer of mobile games, including “Clash of Clans”, "Clash Royale" and "Boom Beach", in its 62% majority stake acquisition of Space Ape Games, a London-based maker of mobile titles such as Samurai Siege, Rival Kingdoms and Fastlane: Road to Revenge. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
