Fenwick & West represented Nexon Co., Ltd (3659.TO), a global leader in online games, and its consolidated subsidiary NEXON Korea Corporation and Nexon US Holding Inc., in its definitive agreement to acquire Pixelberry Studios, a leading developer in interactive narrative mobile games. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will strengthen Nexon’s female audience reach through compelling and interactive storytelling apps, while offering expertise in extending lifetime of games and international opportunities.
