Fenwick Represents Modern Animal in $13.5 Million Seed Financing

Fenwick & West represented Modern Animal, a privately held company building next-generation veterinary care by leveraging technology to improve the lives of pets, the people who love them, and the healthcare partners who take care of them, in its $13.5 million seed financing.

The financing was led by Founders Fund, with participation from Upfront Ventures, Susa Ventures and others.

Modern Animal plans to use the financing to open its first retail location in Los Angeles.
