Fenwick is representing Databricks, a data and AI company, in its pending acquisition of MosaicML, a generative AI platform company.
The transaction, valued at approximately $1.3 billion, will combine MosaicML’s leading MPT large language models with Databrick’s existing unified Data and AI platform, enabling robust generative AI accessibility for all types of organizations.
