Managing IP Recognizes Fenwick as Leading Trademark Prosecution Firm

Managing Intellectual Property honored Fenwick as the Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year for the western United States at the 2019 Americas IP Awards—​the second time in three years that the firm has earned this recognition.

The annual Americas IP Awards recognize top firms and individuals for remarkable achievements and developments in the past 12 months.

Fenwick’s trademark group is an international leader in strategic trademark counseling and protection. In addition to prosecuting thousands of U.S. trademark applications, Fenwick trademark lawyers handle many oppositions and cancellation actions before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. The trademark team consistently receives honors for its excellence.
