Fenwick Honored as Top Trademark Prosecution Firm in United States

Fenwick’s trademark practice took top honors at the annual Global IP Awards in London last week. Naming Fenwick “the U.S. Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year,” World Trademark Review and Intellectual Asset Management recognized the firm’s “outstanding achievements… during 2019.”

Fenwick’s trademark group is an international leader in strategic trademark counseling and protection. In addition to prosecuting thousands of U.S. trademark applications, Fenwick trademark lawyers handle many enforcement actions, including oppositions and cancellations in the Trademark Office. The group also oversees international trademark registration and enforcement (including internet issues) for some of the world’s largest technology trademark portfolios.

The trademark team consistently receives honors for its excellence. Managing Intellectual Property named Fenwick the Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year for the western United States for 2019—the second time in three years that the firm has earned this recognition.
