Fenwick & West served as U.S. acquisition counsel to Israeli virtual storage start-up ScaleIO, Inc., a pioneer in server-side storage software, in its acquisition by EMC Corporation, a leader in enabling businesses and service providers to transform their operation and deliver IT as a service. Goldfarb & Lipman LLP also represented ScaleIO in this transaction. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
