Diversity: How It Works

To support and encourage our diversity efforts, Fenwick has implemented a number of initiatives:

Accountability for Diversity—Our partner compensation is based on every partner's efforts to enhance diversity and mentor associates.

Associate Mentoring Program—A formal mentoring program is in place for associates in their first and second years, to accelerate acculturation to the firm.

Diversity Committee—We have established an executive committee with the mission of attracting, retaining and advancing the careers of our diverse population of attorneys.
