Since 2000, Brian has represented companies on both coasts of the United States and internationally in hundreds of transactions. Brian’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate representation, including formations and founder issues, venture capital preferred stock, angel- and seed-stage financings, equity compensation and employment issues, mergers and acquisitions, stockholder liquidity programs, corporate reorganizations and intellectual property and technology transactions counseling. His clients include formation-stage companies through late-stage privately held companies, as well as venture capital investors and corporate strategic investors.
