The Silicon Valley Business Journal has featured Fenwick tax partner Larissa Neumann on its 2017 Women of Influence list. The list honors 100 of Silicon Valley’s most influential business women who are having a major impact in the community.
With an emphasis on international transactions, Neumann has represented clients in their tax matters around the world. Some of the companies noted in the Journal’s profile of Neumann include Facebook, Goldman Sachs, Estee Lauder, Dropbox and QLogic.
Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and transfer pricing issues, Neumann was previously named to the publication’s 40 Under 40 list.
Neumann also provides pro bono help to the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Project Include, the Nature Conservancy, Kiva and Aspire University, the Journal reported.
